Hello,
I am new to blogging but wanted to share with you my surprise with this product. I was not a believer in vitamin B complex for energy but in the last few days I have become a believer. I have had several long days the kind that start at 5:00AM and end at midnight. I new it was going to happen so I thought if ever I was going to put it to the test it would be this week. To my surprise I have been able to be at the top of my game and get through it all. I am not suggesting to go without rest but at those times it is unavoidable it sure has helped. I can't wait to find out how I feel when I can get the proper rest. I will let you all know. But in the meantime I strongly urge you to get a bottle to ease the holiday sleepless times.
