Less Nutrients in our foods today

I have not written a blog before but have decided that I would like to start.  So here it goes!  I don’t watch a lot of television but when I do I see commercials for all sorts of medications with serious side effects, it makes me wonder why people are not proactive with their health?  That’s not to say that I am some health nut or anything but many years ago I had a personal experience that proved to me that we just do not get the nutrients in our food that we used to.  Information about nutrition in our food
